As our new Head of Contract, Nordics at Fritz Hansen, you will play a key role in driving growth within the contract market and strengthening our market position.The core of the Fritz Hansen vision is Extraordinary Design Improving Life - for people & planet. Our goal is to strengthen our position as a premium design company even further.An experienced leader with a strong track record in contract salesAs our new Head of Contract Nordics at Fritz Hansen, you will play a key role in shaping our contract sales strategy and strengthening our market position. You will work closely with the EVP for Sales and Marketing to develop and implement effective sales strategies.With you onboard we will develop our presence in the Nordic contract market. Further, you will maintain and expand managerial relations with partners and A&D firms.You will lead and mentor a team of 4 Contract Sales Managers. With your strong leadership skills, you will foster a collaborative environment, and ensure the team successfully expands Fritz Hansen's market presence. You will support them in creating sales strategies that promote continuous growth and help them reach their goals.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our sales processes are efficient and effective in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. In collaboration with the marketing department, you will develop and execute a marketing strategy for the contract channel, aligning it with overall company goals and market demands.You will be an active member of the Global Sales & Marketing leadership team, where you will work closely with regional heads, Marketing, and Sales Operations to drive cohesive strategies and initiatives that enhance our market presence and drive business growth.Travel activities must be expected.RequirementsA relevant commercial degree is preferred, such as a BSc in Economics and Business Administration, HD, MSc in Economics and Business Administration, MBA, or a similar qualification. Proven success in the contract market is crucial for this role.5 - 7 years of contract sales experience in the furniture industry with a proven record in achieving sales growth. Alternatively, contract experience from a related industry.Experience from an indirect go-to-market model working with a dealer network.Experience working with architects and designers in the Nordic contract market.Leadership experience - with an empathic and inclusive approach.Experienced user of CRM systems. Working with pipeline and opportunity management.English at negotiation level verbally and written - other Nordic language(s) is a plus.You are living in the Greater Copenhagen area and will be able to work part-time out of the headquarters in Allerí¸d.As a person you have a:Outstanding relationship-building skills to foster strong connections with clients, partners, and team members.Structured and analytical mindset, coupled with strong business acumen.Goal-focused and sales-oriented approach, demonstrating the ability to drive results and meet targets consistently.People First approach, both externally and internally.Have exceptional communication skills and a high energy level.Keen interest in design and the ability to embody and represent the Fritz Hansen brand with authenticity and passion.It is essential that you embrace the F.H.
