The RoleKasa is the leading tech-enabled brand and operator of hotel, multifamily, and single-family hospitality accommodations for guests in dozens of markets nationwide. Kasa manages properties on behalf of institutional and local property owners across various price and luxury tiers.
In this pivotal role, the Head of Corporate and Hospitality Accounting will lead Kasa's corporate and property-level accounting and reporting teams, building scalable processes while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for Kasa's property partners and investors. Your mission is to continue Kasa's success in delivering market-leading financial reporting to our hotel and multifamily partners while improving Kasa's tech-driven approach to scalable accounting solutions for the hospitality industry.

As the top accounting leader at the company, you will be the primary individual responsible for the company's financial reporting with direct connectivity to the executive team and Board of Directors. This role is remote and will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

The Pay: The starting base pay range for this role is set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity, bonus, perks, benefits, and Kasa Travel Credits.
