Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution. This role will be critical in scaling our marketing efforts, driving demand generation, and establishing our brand as a leader in the SaaS space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Team Management:
  • Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Demand Generation:
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media to generate high-quality leads and optimize the customer journey.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, using data to inform strategy and ensure ROI.
  • Website Optimization:
  • Lead website strategy, design, and conversion rate optimization to enhance user experience and maximize inbound leads.
  • ABM Campaigns:
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key accounts and driving pipeline growth.
  • Partnerships & Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Brand Positioning:
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all digital channels, enhancing our reputation in the market.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • 8+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in demand generation, ABM, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Attributes:
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a creative mindset.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
