THE ROLE
We are seeking a creative and passionate Head of Digital Product to lead the strategy and execution of all digital products across our Consumer and B2B verticals. This includes our ecommerce platform (www.audicus.com), proprietary online hearing test, hearing aid simulator, B2B partner portal, and future retail store applications. The role involves developing a digital product roadmap and collaborating with engineering, leadership, and marketing to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
The Head of Digital Product will also build a world-class product organization, managing product planning, new product introduction, and lifecycle management. A deep understanding of end-user needs, coupled with a data-driven approach to innovation and optimization, is essential. This role reports to the COO and works closely with the Head of Business Development, CTO, and CEO.

Base: $200-280K/year (commensurate with experience)
