As the Head of Business Unit Digital Solutions&Integration it is your core responsibility to define and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy in close collaboration with commercial&functional teams
You are responsible for upstream product management functions, accountable for the entire product lifecycle from ideation, project approval, acting as key stakeholder in the development phase and phase-out to optimize the product lifecycle and ensure long-term profitability
In this role, you are also responsible for downstream marketing functions, overseeing the development and implementation of new marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives. This includes conducting market research to identify emerging trends and customer insights, developing targeted marketing campaigns, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy execution
As a leader, you are accountable to lead, coach, mentor and develop a team of a team of 20–25 members to enhance their capabilities and drive performance. This does also include defining the organizational structure, foster an open and performance oriented culture, manage personnel, and ensure career growth paths, while motivating teams and managing changes
As the leader of a headquarter team, you will ensure a seamless cooperation with other functions, fostering teamwork and serving as a role model for collaboration with cross-functional teams
Proven experience in product management and marketing within digital solutions, technology, SaaS, or related industries
Experience leading a business unit or similar leadership role, with a track record of driving growth and managing P&L
Strong knowledge of digital technologies&trends and their application in business
Demonstrated experience in setting a strategic vision, developing business plans, and driving execution
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar, MBA preferred
Strong understanding of customer needs, sales and market dynamics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
