The Head of District Sales is an exciting opportunity for a motivated district sales leader to provide leadership and strategic vision for Pearson School Assessments growth market. We seek a leader who is results driven and relentless in achieving and exceeding goals.
This leader is responsible for growing Pearson's School Assessment Business. They are responsible for setting the district sales strategy, developing district consumer relationships, creating new leads, tracking opportunities that are most advantageous for Pearson, and executing contracts that meet or exceed revenue and operating income expectations.
The Head of District Sales reports to the Senior Vice President, Sales & Contract Management, in Pearson's School Assessment business. This individual will successfully provide relationship management, contract retention, and grow the School Assessment Business with existing accounts and new business targets. Additionally, this leader will build relationships with external partners to increase revenue opportunities for Pearson and help develop new innovative customer solutions.
New Business DevelopmentCompensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
Minimum full-time salary range is between $125,000-$175,000.
