About the Role
In this role, you will drive the people programs at Hinge Health that are focused on building a diverse, inclusive, high-performing and engaged organization. You will do this by overseeing initiatives at all levels from partnering with the C-Suite to Employee Resource Groups and partnering with our Learning & Development team to develop training programs for skill enhancement, inclusion and belonging. You'll support, educate and train employees to foster an inclusive and high-performing work environment. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, data analytics and program management experience. As a problem-solver and visionary, you have a proven track record of turning research and best practices into practical use in the workplace.

Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $192,000 - $288,000.
