Travel %: 10 Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors. What you will do The Head of Employer Branding builds the power of the Kenvue Employer Brand to attract and engage exceptional talent from the around the world. As the strategic architect of our employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies, you will lead a team of employer branding specialists to deploy digital marketing strategies and drive brand awareness, and recruitment funnel conversion towards a final goal of ensuring Kenvue is the place to be for the best talent in the market place. In this role, you will help Kenvue build a competitive advantage in recruitment by crafting and developing programs to elevate our career platforms, technology and channels, coordinating cross-business collaboration, and driving communications and marketing campaigns that enable Kenvue to attract & engage the best talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in employer branding and/or Consumer Marketing, leading and influencing teams, with proven ability to build and manage relationships, balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategy creation and drive operational rigor. Key Responsibilities
- Develop internal and external talent marketing strategy and plan, set measurable key performance indicators, and educate the business partners on key concepts.
- Coordinate regional and multichannel recruitment communications planning; develop integrated marketing campaigns which include social media and implementing programs and initiatives designed to elevate our employer brand on all platforms and channels.
- As member of the Global Talent Access Leadership Team - defines the best-in-class candidate experience and partner with global recruiting leads across all businesses and the Global Talent Acquisition team to bring that experience to life.
- Identify talent attraction challenges and research/recommend communications and outreach solutions and channels.
- Lead all employer branding channels, technology and platforms that includes running content strategy, leveraging both organic and inorganic tools to maximize ROI.
- Storytelling and content creation: Engage with internal leaders and employees and empower them to create stories, videos and other aspects to showcase work location, environment, team and role impact in collaboration with the Kenvue
- Strengthens strategic communications and story telling capability across talent access organization,
- Ensure change management and proper rollout of recruitment marketing programs through detailed project management and communications.
- Research and determine the suitable metrics for measuring the productivity of our employment brand and communications.
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact and reach of recruitment marketing and social media outreach programs and CRM tools.
- Leverage data and user research to track and evaluate brand performance and develop insight-based recommendations for action to deliver effective targeted campaigns and brand experiences.
What we are looking for Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of direct, relevant, and recent experience in Branding.
- Experience partnering with external marketing agencies is required
- Consumer Branding or Employer Branding Experience is required
- Experience in building and implementing branding strategies and experience maps.
- Proficiency in the general recruitment process and the ways that employer brand, social media and recruitment marketing can impact the candidate experience and recruitment campaign results.
- Expertise of external market analytics including market gap analysis, research methodologies and the ability to provide data-driven insights
- Proficiency handling digital channels like: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Glassdoor, Indeed
- The ability to translate brand strategy into recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Must be a creative problem solver and have the ability and desire to live simultaneously in the worlds of strategy and operations
- A global talent perspective and experience working in a highly matrixed environment is required.
- Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail
- Proven leadership and influencing skills
