This pivotal role requires an individual with a broad technical background, who can navigate across multiple programming languages, platforms, and complex problem domains. You should be passionate about mentoring, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and contributing to our strategic goals from day one.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for our engineering team, ensuring alignment with global engineering strategy.
- Provide strategic engineering guidance of the QCE circle.
- Developing and implementing a regional pre-sales strategy in line with the global strategy that results in the growth and attainment of new and existing customers.
- Drive the development and implementation of accelerators (reusable frameworks, tools, or assets) to improve delivery efficiency and time-to-market.
- Thought Leadership, regularly share industry insights and lead regional thought leadership strategy.
About You
- Prior Experience of working in a consultancy/professional services organisation in a senior role (Head of Engineering/Engineering Lead)
- Proven record of pre-sales and ensuring successful delivery across multiple client engagements
- Previous experience of transforming the route to live for large enterprise level organisations
- Strategic Leadership experience, developing and executing strategic plans for large-scale projects, accounts and engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the creation and deployment of accelerators and IP
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives.
