T. Rowe Price is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program, driving the development and scaling of our risk and governance structure. As the Head of Enterprise Risk Management, you will lead the team to develop risk identification frameworks and measurement tools, as well as the deployment of risk management practices across our global organization. You will play a critical role in initiating and managing the annual enterprise-wide risk assessment process, ensuring alignment with T. Rowe Price mission, vision, and strategic goals.
This position will be based in Baltimore, MD reporting to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
Role SummaryResponsible for presenting analytics to business leadership with oversight for corporate risk and communicating the firm's risk management structure, processes, and business unit risk management efforts. Responsible for the implementation of processes, procedures, and tools to ensure risks are adequately mitigated.

Base salary ranges:$212,500.00 - $350,000.00 for the location of: California, New YorkTBD for the location of: Washington, D.C$170,500.00 - $291,000.00 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and All other US locations
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
