About the Role:

As Head of Events at Trust Square, you'll design and execute our event strategy, creating memorable experiences that strengthen our ecosystem. You'll lead high-impact conferences, workshops, and community gatherings that spark innovation and foster meaningful connections among tech leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry pioneers. In addition you'll organize and deliver events for other companies organizing their events at Trust Square.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement Trust Square's annual event strategy and programming calendar jointly with the rest of the leadership team
• Lead the planning and execution of flagship conferences, expert panels, and hackathons
• Build and maintain relationships with speakers, sponsors, and industry partners
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure strong event promotion and attendance
• Oversee venue management, technical setup, and event operations
• Measure and report on event success metrics and ROI
• Guide and develop the events team

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in tech event management or similar role
• Strong track record in designing and executing successful B2B events
• Experience in tech industry events, preferably in innovation or startup ecosystems
• Outstanding project management and organizational abilities
• Excellent network in the Swiss/European tech community
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German and English, with exceptional communication abilities
• Budget management experience
• Leadership experience in managing teams and external partners
