Job Description:

Facebook is looking for a brand leader with proven experience revitalizing established brands. In this role, you will lead the team that is responsible for developing Facebook app's global marketing strategy, planning and executing full funnel marketing campaigns, and identifying opportunities for brand expansion.

You are optimistic about the future of Facebook and passionate about leading a high performing team to accelerate the arrival of that future.12+ years experience building and growing global brands. 7+ years of experience with team leadership and people management, including managing people managers. Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated, full funnel consumer marketing plans that have effectively scaled across global markets and/or across audiences. Experience translating complex or ambiguous business challenges to simple, compelling marketing strategies and plans. Experience developing and coaching high performing integrated brand marketing teams. Communication and presentation skills that can be adapted for audiences at all knowledge and seniority levels across the organization. Experience operationalizing complex, full funnel marketing plans. Experience successfully revitalizing an established brand. Tech sector experience. Experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Innately curious and knowledgeable about consumers, culture and the art and science of brand building. Possess a growth mindset and understand how to foster a test-and-learn approach across teams. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
