We are seeking a forward-thinking Head of Finance with a strong foundation in financial management and a proven track record of leveraging cutting-edge technology, including generative AI, to optimize financial processes, enhance data analysis, and drive strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
•Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial operations of the company and its non-profits, including day to day operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial statements analysis. Supervision of the accounting team.
•Technological Integration: Spearhead the adoption and integration of advanced technologies, including generative AI software, into financial practices to streamline decision making.
•Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to optimize financial performance.
•External Relationships: Engage with credit card processors, financial institutions and relationships with the investment community to maximizes return on invested funds. Assist external auditors.
•Innovation and Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, reducing costs and enhancing productivity in all locations.
•Multi-Country Collaboration: Work closely with overseas finance teams to develop and implement technology solutions that provide management with timely information.
•Risk Management: Leverage technology to enhance risk assessment and management capabilities, including fraud detection and financial health monitoring.
•Training and Development: Supporting the existing corporate culture of continuous learning and innovation.

This is a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate:
•Will have held a senior management position in finance for a minimum of 10 years.
•Earned an MBA with a concentration in finance or a Bachelor's degree in accounting.
•Will be forward-thinking and very technologically strong with accounting software and a proven track record of leveraging cutting-edge technology, including generative AI.
