Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of all financial, commercial, and legal activities pertaining to Group Leasing.Lead negotiations for key accounts in collaboration with Group Leasing Heads.Oversee all standalone high street sites/locations within GCC.Drive negotiations, renewals, and acquisitions of new properties across the GCC region.Spearhead the generation of MIS reports and manage all related financial activities, including budgeting and setting internal division KPIs.Analyze the footfall, retail GLA, and loyalty programme data across territories.Maintain control over Group's retail rental statistics and conduct market analysis on the retail index vs group performance.Utilize comprehensive understanding to analyze various commercial viabilities for lease offers and rental negotiations.Key Responsibilities for Oasis Malls Division:
Assume full responsibility for P&L and financial budgets across all malls within the GCC region.Drive contacts related to mall maintenance and head leases.Budgeting for each mall by units, ensuring financial efficiency and performance.Collaborate closely with the Business Head of Oasis Malls to achieve set targets.Lead the delivery of financial budgets across the region.Collaboratively set marketing budgets with the Oasis Team.Manage all receivables/payables and related financial activities.Establish KPIs for Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams and ensure their implementation.Focus on maximizing financial efficiencies across all areas within the GCC.Control lease rentals/payments to ensure timely schedule adherences.Foster and maintain relationships with group CEOs, division heads, project managers, territory heads, and finance heads within the GCC.Analyze and leverage data on group loyalty programmes vs footfall to implement best practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
