Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000, Plus Performance-Based Annual Bonus

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Growth to join the LoanBud team. This role will be pivotal in driving sales growth with a primary focus on creating and fostering external partnerships. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Growth will play a crucial role in overseeing LoanBud s overall growth strategy, driving revenue, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive revenue and market expansion, with a specific focus on scaling and fostering our external partnerships.
  • Play a vital role in overseeing growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns, pipeline management, and organizational operations.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, business associations, and other relevant organizations, to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to support sales growth and partnership objectives.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to remain at the forefront of growth and partnership opportunities.
  • Lead the launch of new loan programs, products and services for the small business community.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and scaling through strategic partnerships, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative growth strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
