We are building the infrastructure for decentralized AI development at scale. We aggregate global compute and enable researchers to collaboratively train state-of-the-art models through distributed training across clusters.

We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Head of Growth to lead our growth initiatives and drive the adoption of our decentralized AI platform. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, overseeing go-to-market plans, and manage a team of growth marketers and business development professionals. Your primary focus will be to rapidly scale our user base, foster strategic partnerships, and establish Prime Intellect as the leading platform for accessible, decentralized AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with Prime Intellect's mission and objectives

• Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product launches and feature releases

• Manage a team of growth marketers, product marketers, and business development professionals

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue

• Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media

• Conduct rigorous experimentation and data analysis to identify high-impact growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels

• Foster strategic partnerships and alliances to drive growth and expand Prime Intellect's ecosystem

• Establish and track key growth metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform growth strategies

• Represent Prime Intellect at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or business development roles, preferably in AI, protocols, or developer-focused startups

• Proven track record of driving significant user and revenue growth in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Deep understanding of growth frameworks, experimentation methodologies, and data-driven decision making

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences

• Passion for AI and the potential of decentralized technologies to drive positive global impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developer marketing, community building, or open-source project growth

• Familiarity with decentralized protocols, token economics, and crypto-native growth strategies

• Network within the decentralized AI and startup ecosystems
