- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and build high-impact partnerships to expand ENS's reach, evaluate potential integrations, and create mutual value across ecosystems.
- Community Building & Evangelism: Develop and execute strategies for social media, content, and ecosystem growth, while organizing key events and fostering long-term relationships with partners, advocates, and influencers.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team by providing strategic direction, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, business development, and community teams to align and drive growth initiatives across the organization.

- Growth Expert: You bring 8-10+ years of experience driving growth, business development, or marketing in the crypto or broader tech ecosystem, or comparable experience in Venture Capital.

- Experienced in Web3: Deep understanding of the blockchain space, particularly Ethereum and scaling solutions that power the decentralized web.
