We're currently seeking a Head of Housekeeping to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality and has a knack for leading and motivating a team.Key Responsibilities:+ Maintain the property's interiorand exterior to the highest standards.+ Implement and oversee housekeeping procedures and training.+ Manage relationships with vendors to ensure top-tier service.+ Play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience.+ Oversee inventory management, including supplies, linens, and equipment.+ Train and manage the housekeeping staff year-round, adjusting for seasonal needs.+ Take initiative in planning, scheduling, and responding to the dynamic needs of the property.+ Work evenings and weekends, flexible hours as neededRequirementsWhat We're Looking For:+ Experience working in a hotel setting is preferred.+ Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.+ A self-starter with a positive attitude and a sense of humor.+ A team player who can also work independently and take direction as needed.
