About the Role

As the Head of Business Operations, you will oversee HR functions, operational processes, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the candidate and employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, training opportunities, culture initiatives, employee resource groups; essentially, find, grow and keep great talent.
  • Design and deliver global off sites, huddles, holiday parties, and culture-building activities virtually and in-person.
  • Oversee payroll, HRIS, HR-related SOC2 compliance tasks, and contracts.
  • Partner closely with the C-suite to build processes and tools that enable the team to collaborate effectively as we grow.
  • Coordinate with the accounting, IT, and recruiting teams to troubleshoot org-related tasks with warmth and speed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years track record managing business operations and/or HR at a tech startup.
  • Hunger for learning on the job, acting quickly and serving a global team.
