Job Description- Strategic HR Leadership:Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives. Ensure the HR department supports company growth and fosters an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention:Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. Build and manage a talent pipeline and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and career development.
- Performance Management:Lead the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback processes, and career development plans that align with business goals.
- Leadership & Team Development:Manage and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Provide leadership and guidance to HR professionals across various functional areas.
- Organizational Development:Work with leadership to drive organizational change initiatives, build leadership capacity, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

The Successful Applicant- 12+ years of HR leadership experience (prior manufacturing experience highly preferred)
- Prior Senior Manager/Director experience of leading at least 3 direct reports
- Ability to work fully onsite in the Morgantown area with 25% travel (relocation assistance provided)
What's on Offer- Base salary of $165,000 - $200,000
