Deine Aufgaben The Regional Head of HR, Americas will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions across the Americas region, aligning HR strategy with business objectives and ensuring a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership and Regional Oversight: Lead the execution of HR strategies for the Americas Sales & Services teams, acting as a key liaison between the VP of HR and regional leadership teams. Provide strategic guidance and ensure consistent implementation of HR initiatives across all locations. Talent Management and Development: Oversee performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers on career development, compensation, and talent assessments. Employee Engagement and Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster a culture of respect and collaboration. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the Americas region, mitigating HR-related risks while maintaining alignment with global HR strategies. HR Operations and Innovation: Manage regional HR budgets, lead the implementation of HR technologies, and optimize HR processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience. Dein Profil Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree and SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in senior HR leadership roles managing operations across multiple regions Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations, with an understanding of global HR practices Expertise in strategic planning, change management, organizational development, and HR technologies Proven track record in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compensation administration Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams Strategic thinker with results-oriented approach and willingness to travel occasionally Weitere Informationen The expected compensation range for this position is between $140,000 - 160,000 based on a full-time schedule. Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
