We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Installations to lead our installation team and work closely with our product and commercial teams to ensure seamless and successful installations of our HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installations, excellent customer service skills, and proven program management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the installation team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and efficient installations
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure effective product installation and integration
- Work closely with the commercial team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any installation-related issues
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize installation efficiency and quality
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Analyze and report on installation metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and manage budgets and resources for installation projects
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC installations, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proven program management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installations, with experience working with various types of HVAC equipment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mechanical engineering, construction management)
Preferable Requirements:
- Experience with project management software and tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in HVAC installation or a related field (e.g. NATE certification)
