DescriptionAs a leading firm focused on internal audit, accounting and corporate finance, our goal at DLA, LLC is to continuously develop our employees and to embrace a culture that combines fun with hard work and dedication!We are actively recruiting a Head of IT Services (HITS) to spearhead the strategic direction and execution of DLA's IT advisory practice, specializing in Automation, AI, Cybersecurity, and IT controls. With a strong emphasis on client service and business growth, the HITS drives the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions aligned with market trends. Through thought leadership and strategic collaboration, the HITS fosters a culture of excellence, continuously improving service delivery processes to maximize client satisfaction and operational efficiency. As a trusted advisor, the HITS cultivates relationships, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to drive measurable business outcomes in a dynamic environment. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Drive and champion the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy for the IT Advisory, Cyber, and AI practice. Provide thought leadership, market insights, and innovative approaches to expand our client base and service offerings.
  • Market Penetration: Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the IT advisory, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence landscapes. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance our market presence and brand recognition.
  • Business Development: Lead business development efforts, including identifying potential clients, developing compelling proposals, and cultivating strong client relationships. Drive revenue growth and profitability for the practice.
  • C-Suite Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, CFO and, COO, and other senior leaders to align the practice's strategic direction with overall organizational goals. Provide expert counsel on technology-related matters and investments.
  • Practice Development: Oversee resource allocation, capability development, and knowledge management within the practice to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
  • Mentorship: Attract, develop, and mentor top talent within the practice, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with at least five years at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated success in leading technology transformation initiatives and fostering innovation within multifaceted organizations.
  • Profound understanding of emerging technologies and trends, encompassing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in IT governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.
  • Extensive expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation within IT domains.
  • Proven ability to assemble and mentor high-performing teams, nurturing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous enhancement.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management competencies, with a knack for engaging and influencing diverse audiences, including C-Suite executives, clients, and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering tangible results in dynamic environments, with a steadfast commitment to driving measurable business outcomes through technology innovation and operational excellence.
