The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Head of Learning & Growth. You will drive our global strategy, ensuring it aligns with Flywire's dynamic growth. This role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in AI-driven learning solutions, a hands-on approach to managing high-impact instructional content, and the ability to engage with C-level executives and senior leaders. You'll be responsible for building scalable, autonomous, and effective learning communities and leading organizational development programs in close partnership with the global People Partner team and People Operations. This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and will be a key member of the Global People Leadership Team (PLT).

  • Global Strategy: Develop and implement a forward-thinking L&G strategy that drives talent and leadership development.
  • Leadership Programs: Lead AI-driven executive education and leadership development initiatives.
  • Learning Communities: Build scalable, autonomous, and effective learning communities that foster continuous development across the organization.
  • Organizational Development: Partner with the global People Partner team and People Operations to lead impactful organizational development programs.
  • Data-Driven Solutions: Utilize platforms like MentorCliq, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, BambooHR, Articulate, Lattice, Slack, Amazon Lex, and Cognigy.ai to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate regional L&G champions for consistent global program execution.
  • Capability Building: Develop Flywire's L&G capability for scale, ensuring alignment with our FlyCompass values and global business strategy.

Key Programs & KPIs:

  • Flagship Programs: Lead and optimize Exec Ed, Leader Development, and Talent Development programs.
  • KPIs: Measure success through leadership metrics, revenue impact, and EBITDA contributions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive AI implementation and continuous program evaluation to ensure global excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strategic Vision & Leadership Excellence

  • Global Cultural Competence & Change Management
  • Organizational Scaling & Alignment: Experience in scaling L&G functions and aligning them with core business values and strategies.

Additional Experience:

  • Experience: 8+ years in L&G leadership roles with a proven track record of managing and scaling global programs.
  • Hands-On Approach: Strong background in managing L&G for remote/hybrid workforces with hands-on program implementation.
  • Executive Influence: Experience collaborating with C-level executives and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Industry Focus: Preference for candidates with experience in tech or similarly fast-paced, innovative industries.

We are excited to get to know you! The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 - $185,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. Your Talent Acquisition Partner can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
