What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a strategic, business-minded, driven legal expert to build legal at Perchwell.
As Perchwell's Head of Legal, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters for Perchwell and play a pivotal role in facilitating the future growth of the company. You'll be the primary legal advisor providing strategic guidance that drives business objectives and guiding our commercial agreements and product matters while ensuring regulatory compliance.
You need to have a strong sense of ownership, are inquisitive and enthusiastic about complex data and software solutions, enjoy being continually challenged, and can demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise commercial contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Please note that this role will require you to be in-person at our NYC HQ in SoHo 4 days/week.
What You'll DoTo provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge and depth of work experience.
The base compensation range for this position is expected to be between $190,000-$235,000/year + equity + benefits.
