Job Description:

A fast-growing seed start-up is hiring a Head of Marketing to lead all Marketing efforts. The company is disrupting the market with a SaaS, AI-powered ground-breaking solution targeting healthcare systems. It is backed by two leading Israeli VCs with a reputation for investing in unicorns.

To be considered, you must be a full stack b2b marketer, who has experience owning marketing in a startup environment (preferably Seed/Series A experience).

This role oversees all marketing efforts, focusing on product marketing and demand generation to support growth. Responsibilities include refining messaging, demonstrating ROI, and driving lead generation through targeted strategies and speaking opportunities. The role also involves managing the SDR team, as well as external agencies, and updating the brand strategy for a new product category. The ideal candidate will experiment, adapt, and adjust strategies to ensure success. This is an opportunity to build marketing from the ground up, combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

  • Growth: On track for 4–5x growth this year, with another 4x revenue growth projected next year.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieving a 1/3 lead-to-close rate with clear product-market fit, 0% churn, and 90% active user engagement within six months of onboarding.
  • Clients: Brigham and Women's Hospital (Harvard Medical School), UCSF Medical Center, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and Columbia University Irving Medical Center.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $150k-180k + 15% Bonus.

The Right Background:

  • Must be a full stack b2b marketer with proven experience in startup environment, preferably as the 1st marketing person in the organization.
  • B2B SaaS or B2B healthcare experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with track record of using data-driven approaches to solve complex business problems.
  • Proven track record of driving demand in complex sales cycles targeting enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of building a product marketing strategy.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
