What We're Looking For The Head of Marketing & Growth will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for T--che in support of eCommerce, Retail, and Foodservice channels. You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies with a key focus on paid acquisition, conversion, and retention - owning full funnel marketing for DTC and Amazon. This position will work closely with sales, retail, product, finance, and operations to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and to ultimately enhance T--che's brand presence across all platforms. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead the entire marketing team during a phase of explosive growth. T--che will be driving towards a successful and profitable 2025 with $XXM in revenue and this marketing leader will be instrumental in contributing to continued revenue growth. This is a full-time role based in NYC with a hybrid office structure. What You'll Do Create innovative growth marketing strategies that increase awareness, new customer acquisition, and retention through paid media, affiliate, OOH, and other channels. Own growth strategy and execution across DTC/ecommerce. Collaborate with the retail team on the implementation of effective growth campaigns for the retail channel. Manage internal and external performance teams to drive success and efficiency. Own DTC & Amazon. Develop and execute marketing strategies across the full-funnel for DTC and Amazon channels that contribute to sales goals. Source, onboard, and manage digital agency partners. Assess current marketing initiatives and identify impactful strategic opportunities across retail, ecommerce (DTC, Amazon, & Faire), and foodservice channels to support brand growth and market penetration. Own the marketing P&L - allocate and evaluate marketing budgets at the brand and channel levels. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Create customer surveys to gather data to inform cross-functional teams and broader business strategies. What You'll Bring 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally at a fast-growing food or beverage brand. Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies that drive retail sales, DTC growth, and brand visibility. Deep knowledge of ecommerce and retail environments, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, particularly within the CPG sector. Experience managing growing ecommerce channels as well as Amazon and Faire. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. A deep passion for innovative CPG brands, with an understanding of the emerging plant-based space.
