You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and branding efforts while building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of a brand that is making significant strides in a competitive industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven strategist with a proven track record of scaling international ecommerce brands. The position can be based in either Auckland or Hamilton. Lead & Inspire: Develop and execute a robust global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and e-commerce revenue growth while building and expanding the team.Omni-Channel Mastery: Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure cohesive and impactful global campaigns.Ecommerce Expertise: Oversee the performance of global ecommerce sites, ensuring seamless user experiences, high conversion rates, and minimal cart abandonment.Creative Vision: Direct the brand's creative strategy, ensuring the value proposition is clear, addressing customer pain points, and engaging new audiences.Collaborate & Launch: Partner with the CEO to introduce exciting new products, refresh existing offerings, and enhance the brand's online presence.ABOUT THE COMPANYOur client is a rapidly growing, 8-figure international D2C brand and a global leader in consumer health technologies.
