Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive our expansion in the Web3 space, with a focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives

• Lead and manage the marketing team, including social media, content, growth specialists, KOL management and negotiations of different commissions aligned with the marketing of the projects

• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels

• Collaborate with the product team to ensure effective communication of features and benefits

• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners for branding, website development, and other marketing initiatives

• Analyze market trends, community and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies

• Develop and manage the marketing budget

• Drive community engagement and growth across social media platforms and community channels

• Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and their impact on business goals

Requirements

• Proven track record in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, nodes, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem

• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills

• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities

• Experience in managing and growing online communities

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
