Job Description
We are seeking a senior leader to be responsible for the development and launch of new processing solutions in the United States. Potential solutions could incorporate elements of the existing Visa-owned issuer processing solution stacks, in addition to services provided by 3rd-parties. Hence the leader and their team will be responsible for managing the internal development as well as establishing partnerships to augment the internal capabilities to deliver solutions with a focus on modern architecture, best-in-class value-added services, and regulatory compliance. They will also partner to develop the GTM and sales plans and oversee a multi-year growth strategy and P&L.
The individual will build out a small team focused solely on this effort while also partnering with a number of existing teams.
Key Responsibilities:This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 163,800 to 225,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
