Over the last two years, we've created and popularized the creatine gummy category, but we're just getting started.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director of Strategy and Operations to join a lean but growing team and take on a significant amount of responsibility quickly. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, overseeing the entire omni-channel supply chain, from sourcing to distribution. You will play a critical role in optimizing our logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition. You will also work closely with the leadership team to help manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through launch, while optimizing our operations to meet the demands of our rapidly expanding customer base.This role is crucial in driving the operational efficiency and strategic initiatives that will scale our business to the next level.Key Responsibilities:Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain across channels, including sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, and distribution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory, ensuring an efficient flow of goods.
Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics, including warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers, working closely with logistics partners to address any challenges or delays.
- Implement and refine logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce shipping costs.
Operational Efficiency:
- Develop and implement operational processes and systems to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Continuously assess and improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
- Collaborate with the relevant team to align manufacturing schedules with demand forecasts, ensuring optimal production output.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor key operational metrics, such as lead times, inventory turnover, and delivery performance.
- Generate insights from operational data to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to the leadership team.
Customer Experience:
- Consistently monitor customer feedback and work with the CX team to improve processes to address concerns across communication channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, with a proven track record of optimizing operations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
