We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Performance Marketing to lead our in-house marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the ideal candidate will have full responsibility for the marketing budget and oversee team leaders across various marketing disciplines. This role emphasizes strong performance marketing and requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through both digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive growth and profitability.

• Lead, mentor, and develop in-house team leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Fully manage the marketing budget exceeding $50 million annually, efficiently allocating resources to maximize ROI across all channels.

• Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing and email marketing

• Expand and optimize offline marketing efforts through OTT platforms, streaming services, podcasts, and mass media channels.

• Leverage artificial intelligence in advertising to enhance targeting, personalization, and overall campaign performance.

• Utilize advanced analytics to measure, report, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum effectiveness and ROI.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to keep Blue Nile at the forefront of performance marketing innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

• Minimum of 10 years in performance marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing in-house teams.

• Proven experience managing marketing budgets of $50 million or more annually.

• Demonstrated success in managing offline channels such as OTT, streaming platforms, podcasts, and mass media.

• Experience with integrating AI technologies into advertising strategies.

• Experience in luxury brand e-commerce is highly desirable.

• Deep expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation, and CRM systems.

• Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on developing and empowering team leaders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

• Innovative thinker with a passion for performance marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.

Annual base pay: $215,000 - $240,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
