Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
Position Overview:
The Head of Procurement will be responsible for overseeing the procurement function within Cipla and Invagen, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, services and capital expenditure required for our pharmaceutical operations across multiple manufacturing sites and CMOs. This role will be developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, identifying cost-savings opportunities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The roles requires a strong background in procurement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector along with exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
