Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related field required
- Experience Managing Engineering, in product design-for-manufacture capacity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel development simultaneously
- Commitment to innovation and problem-solving, “roll up the sleeves” approach
- Experience managing BOMs and products in an ERP system (Epicor preferred)
- Familiarity with design control in an ISO 9001 environment
