Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Product Leader to join the executive team in and exciting company doing meaningful work. A successful candidate must have a proven track record developing and implementing product roadmaps by understanding and translating market insights, business and user needs, and technical requirements. You will have a background in leading cross-functional teams delivering both B2C and B2B SaaS solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Product Managers and Designers
Oversee all aspects of Product Development (planning, execution, portfolio management, etc.).
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to drive product concepts from the top of the funnel through delivery.
Research and analyze market to understand dynamics and competitive landscape to identify proactive opportunities and threats.
Clearly build and articulate strategies and roadmaps, leading to stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, customers, engineering to understand product usage and insights, leading to successful execution and enhanced product offerings.
Define and manage performance measurements and OKR (objectives and key results)
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 8 years managing complex software products, preferably in a SaaS environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a diverse product team across multiple locations.
Proficient understanding of security, identity, and privacy within both B2B and B2C software contexts, enhancing informed decision-making.
Effective communication skills (verbal and written); ability to work successfully across departments and articulate strategies and ideas to different audiences successfully.
Excellent presentation skills ability to create and present ideas, strategies, and product roadmaps in a way that ensures support and buy-in across the organization.
