Primary Purpose

The Head of Product Management and Operations is responsible for building the strategy and leading development execution for the Veridix AI core product suites - the Advantage eClinical platform and the Concorde Generative AI platform. This role collaborates with industry leaders and customers to build a product roadmap that will transform clinical research. This role will also work with internal functional leaders leading Go-to-Market, Engineering, Customer Support, and Enablement operations to scale consistently and efficiently, streamline critical routine tasks, facilitate communication, build a foundation of excellence through processes, metrics, and reporting, and help product teams to build and ship better products and deliver success to the organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Sets overall strategy for solutions identify market trends, customer needs, and value propositions
  • Builds and leads a high performing Product Management team, providing coaching and guidance to the team in developing skills such as business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Manages the product roadmap and communicates key features, release schedules, and milestones with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drives and develops business processes to standardize and streamline the activities from product planning to release management.
  • Identifies and manages tools used by product teams.
  • Works closely with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Therapeutic Area leaders, and Sales and Marketing to drive product development, release, launch, and adoption.
  • Creates and manages product feedback loop to improve the product through user feedback and suggestions.
  • Is recognized as a leader in the clinical data management system community to shape and develop the next generation platform and tools to advance clinical research.
  • Performs all duties in keeping with the Companys core values, policies and all applicable regulations.
  • Manages and grows Product Management and Operations team as needed.

  • Orchestrates cross-functional resources to ensure that tasks are of high quality and performed efficiently and on a timely basis.

  • Sets goals and objectives that align with organization strategy to inspire, motivate and produce results.

  • Handles discipline as needed and in accordance with company policy.

  • Creates a team culture of accountability, responsibility and excellence in execution.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Operations leadership role in software companies.
  • Experience in managing product strategy, launch and developing go-to-market strategy.
  • 5 years of supervisory experience required
  • Healthcare technology experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a project plan to the successful conclusion of on-time delivery.
  • Successful track record in leading new product development and change management.
  • Proven leader with strong track record in the pharmaceutical, clinical and technology industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical research methodology and regulatory requirements as they relate to trial design and analysis.
  • Strong customer orientation with outstanding consultative and solutioning skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive and diverse culture.
  • Ability to drive change in the organization and challenge current norms by innovating.
