About The RoleAs our Head of Product Marketing you will ‘move markets' in our favor. You will be a difference-maker in helping us carve out a differentiated path among a crowded sector of data and marketing technologies. You will lead a team responsible for go-to-market strategy and execution for our Composable CDP platform and all of its component products while partnering with our VP of Marketing, Founders, Product Leadership, and Sales Leadership to define and articulate our product vision and differentiators. They will then express those in high-impact marketing campaigns, marketing assets (most importantly our website), product strategy, and sales enablement.

You're an expert product storyteller who can craft a compelling and thought-provoking narrative for multiple technical products and personas. You are a product marketing expert, a motivating leader, a top-tier communicator, an effective project manager, and able to switch between deep work and rapid execution on a dime.
This is a leadership role in a market, team, and company sense, but will also require regular hands-on work for the foreseeable future in asset creation, analyst interaction, copywriting, sales training, and much more.

What You'll DoThe salary range for this position is $180,000-$250,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
