We are building a digital insurance platform that ensures small businesses have the right coverage for all their insurance needs at the lowest cost, not just when they purchase, but every year. We recently completed a $22M Series A funding, and are looking for energetic, dynamic, growth-minded individuals to join our team!

What's the Role?

Glow is expanding! We're hiring a Recruiting Leader to join us through an exciting growth phase. We expect the most growth in our Sales and Engineering teams but will also be hiring for critical Corporate roles. In this role, you'll take ownership of leading and building a recruiting strategy and team, achieving hiring goals, and leading data and reporting efforts. You'll partner with our founder/CEO, and department leaders to scale teams and help shape our in-office culture!

You'll be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing innovative and sustainable talent acquisition strategies across different departments.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to support workforce planning, resource forecasting, and recruitment performance.
  • Manage full lifecycle searches and lean in where support is needed across the team as a player/coach.
  • Own people management and development, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to maximize the potential of your team.
  • Drive recruiting process best practices, continuously optimizing to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Achieve hiring plan goals by setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
You'll be a good fit if you:
  • Thrive in fast-paced startup environments, and want to be part of a founding team and build!
  • 7+ years recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on sales recruiting and at least 2+ years of management experience
  • Ability to leverage tools and technology to manage talent pipelines and ensure data hygiene
  • Have a proven track record of building a best-in-class recruiting team while operating as a player/coach
  • Prior experience working in high-growth startups building high volume teams
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Please note: This role is fully onsite in our San Francisco office
$135,000 - $165,000 a year
