We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and passionate professional to join our HR department as the Head of Recruitment.
YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM:
1. Develop Recruitment Strategy
- Craft and implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Identify and leverage effective sourcing channels to attract top-tier talent.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire our talent acquisition team to achieve their best.
- Establish clear objectives and performance metrics to guide the recruiting team.
- Cultivate a positive and productive team culture that emphasizes continuous improvement.
3. Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key positions within the organization.
- Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor recruitment practices to attract the best talent.
4. Collaboration
- Partner with department heads and senior leadership to fully understand hiring needs.
- Advise and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices and effective processes.
- Collaborate closely with HR to ensure alignment between recruitment and retention efforts.
5. Recruitment Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruiting performance and progress to stakeholders.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
6. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
- Lead initiatives to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
7. Budget Management
- Effectively manage the recruitment budget and resources.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- At least 5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, talent sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
