As the Head of Retail Partnerships, you'll own an existing portfolio of partners, growing those partnerships while also securing new partnerships.

What you will be doing

  • Maintain and develop relationships with enterprise ecommerce partners in the online retail sector, leverage these relationships to drive revenue generation.
  • Work closely with these partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, implement strategies to drive referrals, and ensure successful partnerships that benefit both parties.
  • Focus on initiatives including and not limited to partner management, partner identification and onboarding, referral generation, revenue growth, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ensure the retention, growth, and customer satisfaction of partner accounts.
  • Evangelize company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships.
  • Evaluate program trends and provide analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Work toward mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the partners to senior leaders.
  • Provide financial analyses, long-range forecasting, and analysis studies associated with potential partnerships.
  • Monitor programs to assess the sales impact of offered solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the partnerships.
  • Monitor competitor activity in partners and implement strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.
  • This position also has the potential for the right candidate to include people management for Partner Managers based in North America. This is not essential, and we will shape the role based on candidate experience.

What you bring:

  • Strong background in eCommerce payments preferably in the enterprise retail space.
  • High commercial acumen with experience in partner management, relationship management, or enterprise sales.
  • An existing network in the enterprise retail partner space.
  • Experience driving commercial opportunities leveraging existing retail partners and building out partner ecosystem in the retail vertical.
  • A focus on NA expansion but will drive global opportunities.
  • People management experience is preferred but not essential (dependent on the direction taken with this position).

Salary Information

The pay range for this full-time position is $114,880 - $189,560 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
