Sales Lead EnFi is seeking an experienced Go To Market / Sales Lead to drive our growth in the private credit and institutional lending markets. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals that drive adoption of our AI-powered credit risk assessment and portfolio monitoring platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for EnFi's solutions
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outreach
- Represent EnFi at conferences and trade shows, delivering compelling presentations
- Navigate complex sales cycles, engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate market needs into features
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to leadership
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in financial services sales, focused on private credit and/or institutional lending
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- Deep understanding of lending workflows, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management processes
- Strong network of contacts within the private credit and institutional lending community
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex value propositions
- Experience selling innovative technology solutions into financial institutions
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in financial services
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of regulatory environment affecting private credit and institutional lending
