Hornchurch Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed and inspirational individual to join our Trust in the role of Head of School at Shears Green Infant School. The Head of School will lead the school in the next phase of its development and work closely with the CEO, playing a prominent role in leading the strategic vision.

This role includes day-to-day responsibility for managing the school's quality of education, standards, and performance, as well as the opportunity to take on trust-wide responsibilities in a successful six-school primary MAT.

The Head of School will need the required leadership experience, vision, and ambition, coupled with strong management and communication skills to motivate the staff team, student body, and community to secure excellence and sustainable improvement, building capacity in teaching, leadership, and support at all levels.

The desire and ability to achieve challenging targets for high standards of behaviour, progress, and attainment across and beyond the academy is essential.
