  • A deep understanding of and commitment to the value of a Montessori education.
  • A capacity to inspire and engage constituents around the school's values and mission.
  • A demonstrated track record in championing authentic diversity and fostering an inclusive community.
  • A hands-on leadership style and willingness to enthusiastically pitch in at all levels of school operations.
  • An ability to hire and retain highly competent faculty and staff.
  • A commitment to building and sustaining a highly effective relationship with the Board.
  • Minimum of three years of demonstrated leadership and management skills.
