We are driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions as we welcome and celebrate individual differences.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations aspects of a unit, focusing on project management, engineering, manufacturing, production engineering, and maintenance within the LD USA Turbocharging Service Division, in North-East USA region, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and integrity standards. Reporting to the Head of Operations, N.A., you will develop business action plans, manage budgets, improve operations, maintain HSE compliance, support customer relations, and lead people development.Your responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing business action plans aligned with company strategies.
  • Preparing and managing the annual budget, overseeing progress, and addressing cost issues.
  • Developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to enhance operational performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Supporting sales staff in understanding and meeting customer requirements.
  • Creating a positive work environment and guiding team development.
Your qualifications:
  • Over 15 years of experience in Turbocharging Service, specializing in Operations and adept in using ERP systems, including SAP and S4 Hana.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end processes in Order to Cash (O2C) within the marine and power sectors.
  • Expertise in utilizing SAP S4 Hana.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma with an additional 15 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with additional languages like Spanish and German being advantageous.
  • Must possess a valid work authorization for employment in the United States
