Overview:
Renuity is seeking a Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff to the CEOto join our team! As the Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will collaborate with the CEO to develop and drive strategic initiatives, oversee special projects, and manage internal affairs. Your role involves both external and internal stakeholder engagement, greenfield strategy execution, new product rollouts, idea incubation and driving strategic planning alongside the CEO. Additionally, you'll be responsible for M&A oversight, board materials preparation, and managing executive-level meetings.
What You Will Do:
Act as a strategic thought leader and partner to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board and other business stakeholders; work collaboratively and partner with other departments (IT, HR, marketing, operations, data, legal, finance and accounting) on executing the companys strategic priorities
Oversee the development and execution of Renuitys corporate strategy, ensuring alignment of the Company's vision and 3-year plan with current business priorities across departments and divisions
Responsible for Renuitys greenfield strategy for entering new markets, including market selection, product selection and project execution for entering 8+ new markets per year
Oversee the entire lifecycle of new product introductions, from pre-entrance strategic analysis to cross-functional coordination and rollout of new products across the Renuity portfolio
Serve as proxy for the CEO in select internal matters and escalate issues as necessary to the CEO
Lead and oversee special projects assigned by the CEO for timely execution
Assist CEO in managing CEO-overseen business units provide insights and strategic advice, as needed, to division leaders
Manage the organization of executive and board-level meetings and committees, ensuring efficient agenda setting, timely dissemination of materials, clear communication of objectives, and thorough follow-up on action items to support strategic decision-making and governance
Lead, coach, guide and get the best out of Strategy team members to build a high-performing, thoughtful, and well-rounded function that acts with a strong sense of urgency and ownership across all Renuity departments & divisions
Own all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, strategic evaluation, negotiation, integration planning, and post-merger performance tracking
What You Will Bring:
B.A./ B.S. degree required, preferably in Business, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of business experience with a keen understanding of finance and organizational strategy design and execution, ideally as a finance professional (investment banking, private equity, financial or management consulting)
The ideal candidate will be a persuasive, flexible, and collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of driving excellence in strategic thinking and execution
Nimble and adaptable thinker who can quickly flex between high-level strategic thinking and tactical operational implementation; able to make decisions independently and expeditiously to maintain momentum in the business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated, driven and proactive individual; excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately based on business needs
Intellectually curious; no problem is too big or too small to tackle
