A global company providing industrial machinery solutions to the automotive industry and customers like Toyota, Tesla, and Hyundai is looking for a Head of Supply Chain. This individual will report to the company's president and be overall responsible for the supply department and 4 direct reports. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining supply chain plans and strategy- Managing purchasing, material planning, inventory control, warehouse, shipping/receiving functions- Reporting customer supply chain KPIs, inventory trends and performance results - Determining the impact of inventory policies on shipments and existing inventory goals and reduce the total cost-to-serve through optimizing inventory- Selecting shipping and transportation routes (air, rail, sea, road) analyzing costs, benefits, and timeline appropriately- Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders95% of health premiums covered for individual and family, 401k with 3% match, 11 paid holidays.
