About the RoleGap Inc. Human Resources is seeking exceptional leadership for the global Talent Acquisition function. TA at Gap Inc. will re-centralize under one leader, ensuring consistency in attracting, recruiting, and hiring talent throughout Headquarters, Field, Stores, and international markets. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Head of TA will partner closely with senior leadership across all four of Gap Inc.'s iconic Brands and Corporate Functions to amplify Gap Inc. Company vision and culture through a diverse talent pool.The Head of Talent Acquisition will champion global talent practices focused on executing inclusive and consistent recruiting that provides an unparalleled candidate experience, amplifying the Gap Inc. company vision to become a high-performing house of iconic American brands that shape culture. Working in close partnership alongside Gap Inc. leaders, Talent Management and Equality & Belonging, the Head of TA will lead a global team to deliver a best-in-class recruitment strategy dedicated to exceeding hiring benchmarks.What You'll Do
  • Create with Curiosity a global talent sourcing and recruitment process that attracts, identifies, engages, and recruits top talent while proactively building internal and external talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with Candor with the CPO, Talent Management, and HR Business Leaders on executive assessment, selection, onboarding, and assimilation
  • Champion Excellence by prioritizing TA resources to manage constantly evolving business needs in a matrixed organization
  • Center on the Customer to provide an inclusive, consistent, and positive candidate experience using innovative and best-in-class recruitment strategies.
  • Support senior business leaders with HR partners on business-critical and confidential hiring needs
  • Accountable for delivering accurate, consumable, and consistent metrics to leadership
  • Communicate results of data and analytics including time-to-fill metrics, cost effectiveness, and diversity and inclusion metrics.

  • Ability to advise and partner across a broad group of senior leaders, partners, and stakeholders; skilled influencer who understands how to achieve buy-in without direct authority from leaders and teams across a matrixed organization
