TEAM & ROLEAs our Head of Talent, you will lead and execute our talent acquisition strategy, reporting directly to our Vice President, Business Operations. You will be responsible for building our talent function from the ground up, serving as the primary recruiter for our open roles, and establishing best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier candidates across all departments.
This role involves working closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand our talent needs, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the industry. The Head of Talent will combine a data-driven talent-acquisition approach, along with deep industry knowledge and intuition, to reshape our talent strategy and execution. This role will assess and redefine talent processes across the organization, including our current tools and ATS, internal hiring practices, and onboarding, to create a scalable and efficient talent acquisition framework that supports our growth and evolving business needs.

ABOUT YOUREQUIREMENTS
Base salary of $180,000 to $200,000. Range(s) is subject to change. Benepass takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including market comparables, how you interview, peer compensation, and years of experience.
