The Head of Tax is responsible for the strategic planning and management of the company s tax policies, procedures, and compliance. This role ensures the company adheres to all federal, state, and local tax regulations, while also optimizing the company s tax position. The Head of Tax leads the tax team, providing guidance on complex tax issues, and collaborates with internal departments and external advisors to support business objectives.

• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax positions
• Oversee the preparation and filing of all federal, state, local, and international tax returns and ensure timely and accurate compliance
• Identify and mitigate tax risks through proactive planning and risk management strategies
• Manage tax audits and disputes, representing the company in negotiations with tax authorities
