Notion is an in-person company, currently requiring its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office.
About The Role:As the Head of Technical Recruiting, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our company mission - owning the growth of our engineering, product, and design functions. You will partner heavily with our Head of Engineering and Chief Product Officer to thoughtfully build out our global technical teams. You will lead a rigorous and talented global technical recruiting team, focused on bringing in talent that is best in their craft and aligns with our company values.
